Here you can simply and comfortably make an online registration for the Nordic Pianotreff. Once you completed the registration form (which will open in a new, separate window) a confirmation mail will be sent to your email address.

Useful information

The convention will be held at Växjö Concert House, which is also a conference center. We will live and eat at this center.

The program starts at Friday morning and ends at Saturday night with a festivitas dinner.

The hotel arrangement is such that you arrive at Thursday night and leave at Sunday morning.

The convention is open for everyone. But since it is a non-profit arrangement, organized with voluntary work if the Nordic Piano Technician Associations, there will be an extra fee of SEK 900 if you are not a member in any organization.

Students in pianotech school can get special deals. Contact us in this case.

Double Room package: 3 nights in double room (Thursday, Friday and Saturday night), lunch and coffe during Friday and Saturday, and dinner on Saturday. Dinner on Friday night is not included.

To travel

It's easy to travel to Växjö by car, train and air. Visitors from abroad can choose from airports in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Malmö and Gothenburg, with good train connections from all these places. Direct train from Kastrup takes about 2 hours.

The Concert house is just a ten minute walk from the train station.

There is even an airport just outside Växjö, but we are not sure how many flights are available there.

Title/Company/School etc:
Supply your title and/or your company etc. This field is not required, but the information will be placed on the Pianotreff name tag you will recieve at check in.

Organisation/Association:
Fill in which pianotech association or organisation you are a member of:

• The Nordic associations are supplied on the dropdown-list..
• Students or apprentices, choose "Student at pianotech school".
• Members of other organisations choose "Other organisation" and fill in the name in the field "Comments/Questions" at the bottom.
• Not a member of any pianotech organisation? Choose "Not member of any pianotech organisation".

Wish to share room with:
Fill in your request. We will try and distribute the rooms according to requests, but it may not be possible in every case.

Convention alternatives:

• Tick off at least one alternative in the box to the left.
• The amount will be automatically inserted in the right column, and the total will be added.
• If the amount is not automatically inserted (requires Java combatible browser), please fill in the amount and total manually.
• If you are not a member of any pianotech organisation, you will have to pay an extra fee.
